Jz Scales ("we", "us") helps UK contractors get more enquiries through Facebook and Instagram ads and websites. This page explains what we do with the information you send us. Contact: jzscales.uk@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, business name, trade, areas covered, time in business, whether you run ads, your monthly ad budget, any website, social or Google links you add, your preferred way to be contacted, and your phone number and/or email address.

Why we use it

To assess your enquiry and get back to you about our services, by the method you chose. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, and received in our email inbox. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. These providers may process data outside the UK. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

If we do not work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep it for as long as the working relationship and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
